Mr. Kaufman served as Partner and Head of Acquisitions for Harbor Group International (HGI) for eleven years. In this role Ran managed a team that was directly responsible for sourcing and executing transactions valued more than $5 Billion USD of office buildings, multifamily, retail and debt investments.

Prior to joining Harbor Group Ran was a member of the acquisitions team at Equity Office Properties Trust (EOP) in Chicago and prior to that he served as a pilot in the Israeli Air-force for 12 years.

For over eight years, Eran was a senior member of the executive management of Gazit Globe. In his executive role, Eran was substantially involved in most of the significant decisions taken by the Company’s executive management regarding business, legal, and financial, including; taking a leading role in the Company’s over a billion dollars acquisition of Atrium European Real Estate and various other major acquisitions of properties in the US and Europe; leading Gazit Globe’s IPO on the NY and Toronto Stock Exchange; and significant numbers (over a billion dollars) of debt facilities in Israel and the United States at the corporate level and at the property level in its involvement in Gazit private subsidiaries.

Prior to joining Gazit-Globe, Mr. Ballan was a partner at the Israeli law firm Naschitz, Brandes & Co.
